Abstract

The article discusses issues related to the need to adjust the enacted set of rules 53.13330.2022 on energy saving issues. This set of rules specifies the installation of cold and hot water meters, but other proposals for water supply and sanitation systems are not presented. In order to save water, it is recommended in the next edition of set of rules to specify information about the installation of single-lever faucets, thermostatic (with flow control), contactless (above the washbasin) and compact type toilets or with an installation with a double flush system in apartments.
