Abstract

This paper examines the concept and essence of digitalization in the field of repair of commercial real estate. The authors gives an introduction to the term commercial real estate, discusses modern digital technologies in this area, and notes that digital technologies are acquiring a special role in the commercial real estate renovation market, which are becoming the main direction of modernization of modern production. Also, the work offers prospects for the development of digitalization in the field of repair of commercial real estate on the open market, namely, energy-efficient heating systems are planned that reduce energy costs, the burden on the environment, and minimize heat loss; introduction of surfaces with self-cleaning properties, modular designs (quick welding, dismantling), which is one of the innovative solutions in the field of digitalization of repair work.
