Abstract

The article discusses ways of implementing the Program for the Development of Digital Economy in the Russian Federation until 2035 adopted five years ago by the Government of the Russian Federation in the construction industry. On the one hand, digital transformation is the most important factor in ensuring the competitiveness of individual construction organizations, and on the other hand, it ensures the effective functioning of the entire industry in the digital economy. However, the existing differences of enterprises and organizations in the construction industry put them in different initial conditions on the way to solving the task, forcing them to form their own version of digital strategy, to choose and implement their own options for its implementation in the dynamically changing conditions of the construction market. As a result of the work, the key features of digitalization strategies of the main groups of construction participants were formulated, and the ways of effective development and implementation of the digital strategy of a construction organization were proposed, taking into account the availability of resources and the level of management development.
