SYSTEMATIZATION OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL MEASURES ON LABOR SAFETY IN ORGANIZATIONAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL PREPARATION OF REPAIR AND CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTION

Abstract

The organization and performance of work in the construction industry, the building materials industry and the construction industry are carried out with the mandatory requirements for compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on labor protection and the relevant regulatory legal acts, the list of which is periodically updated. They are closely related to the improvement of the system of regulatory and technical documents, since scientific and technological progress in the construction industry leads to the creation and development of new industries, materials, technologies, construction equipment and instrumentation, the formation of new approaches to the arrangement of workplaces, production conditions workers. In addition to new construction, the processes of modernization of existing buildings are actively taking place, programs are being implemented for the overhaul of buildings and the renovation of urban areas. Changing production conditions, requirements for the culture of production when carrying out repair and construction work in the conditions of operated buildings, construction in dense urban areas during the implementation of renovation programs require constant improvement and measures to create safe working conditions and working conditions.
