THE USE OF DIGITAL TWINS TECHNOLOGY IN THE OPERATION OF BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES

Abstract

The article discusses the use of Digital twins technology in the operation of construction facilities. Its use contributes to the most efficient operation of buildings and structures. The digital twin is regularly updated: the management organization takes into account the new needs of consumers, performs diagnostics of engineering systems. The digital double helps to determine the timing of equipment replacement. The operation of the building is monitored remotely and around the clock. The cost of operation of the facility is reduced: the management organization evaluates its condition and parameters, offers the best tariff and reduces its costs.
