Assessment of the technical condition of building structures by comparing information models at the stages of the life cycle

Abstract

The article discusses the process of comparing the surface of the same structural element from different stages of the life cycle of the construction objects using an analytical system. Storing information about the geometric characteristics of an object in the point cloud format allows compare the states of the informational model elements from different stages of the life cycle. When comparing, it is possible to identify differences in geometric characteristics at different stages, which indicates a defect in the structural element. Subsequent processing of the comparison results will make it possible to identify patterns and develop decision support algorithms for eliminating defects in building structures.
