Improvement of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the economy of the service sector based on the analysis of interpretations of the concept of social entrepreneurship

Abstract

The article presents the results of the analysis of the interpretations of the essence and main characteristics of social entrepreneurship in the domestic and foreign scientific economic literature. The information base for the research is the domestic periodical specialized literature, as well as foreign scientific sources of open access. The selection of foreign literature was carried out using the Scopus, Web of Science, Researchgate and Science direct search engines. The dominant views of the representatives of the scientific community on the essence and main characteristics of social entrepreneurship are revealed, which made it possible to improve the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the service sector economy.
