Abstract

The crystal structure of the title silver(I) complex, [Ag(NO3)(C17H12N2S2)2], has monoclinic (C2/c) symmetry, with the silver(I) atom and the nitrate group sitting on a twofold rotation axis. The complex also exhibits a thienyl-ring flip disorder, which is common for unsubstituted thiophene rings.
