Abstract
In the title compound, C21H24N2O4, the 1,4-dihydropyridine ring adopts a very flattened boat conformation, with the 3-pyridine substituent in an axial orientation. The pyridine ring is almost orthogonally twisted relative to the 1,4-dihydropyridine skeleton by 85.97 (2)°. In the crystal, pairs of N—H...O hydrogen bonds form inversion dimers enclosing R
