A Spreadsheet Approach to Automated Protein Crystallization

Abstract

To design and analyse a large number of protein crystallization experiments, a set of macros running in Excel 4.0 has been developed. The macros are designed to work in a multiuser environment. An interface for a crystallization robot based on two Gilson autosamplers is included.
