Abstract
The article is sanctified to determination of basic tendencies and estimation of efficiency of financial decentralization in Ukraine. Preconditions and different forms financial decentralization, which are constituent of process the government management sent to the increase of financial independence local government from central government.
The estimation of efficiency financial decentralization is carried out with the aim of determination mechanisms accumulation financial resources for providing of financial independence regions.
