Abstract
In the paper the main approaches of rich people identification are analyzed, the classifications of estimation methods of mentioned social group are given. The method of rich threshold identification with the use of Household Living Conditions Survey Data and System of National Accounts Data by the method of statistical weight calibration is proposed.
