Abstract

AbstractHere we present the BuscoPhylo tool that enables both students and established scientists to easily perform Busco-based phylogenomic analysis starting from a set of genomes sequences. BuscoPhylo is an efficient and user-friendly web server freely accessible at https://buscophylo.inra.org.ma/. The source code, along with documentation, is freely available under an MIT license at https://github.com/alaesahbou/BuscoPhylo.
