MicroRNA Pattern of Culture Medium as a Substrate for the Analysis of Lysis of Cell Subpopulations in Multiorgan Cell Models

Abstract

A method has been developed for assessing the proportion of lysed MDA-MB-231 cells cultured in the multi-organ human-on-a-chip model based on the determination of the hsa-miR-222-3p and hsa-miR-99b-5p microRNA levels in the culture medium.
