Abstract
In 2020, COVID-19 forced enterprises to develop the latest theories of personnel management and to introduce radically new ways of personnel work in enterprises in order to survive in the pandemic. The article analyzes a large block of tasks that managers had to perform during a pandemic in the context of digitalization. Trends in the development of personnel competitiveness management in the conditions of digitalization and pandemic are revealed. The main directions of development of the newest theories of personnel management in the conditions of digitalization are formed. Special features and the most effective ways of restoring the competitiveness of staff in the context of digitalization and COVID-19 are analyzed. The basic principles and factors of the most effective management of personnel competitiveness in the current conditions are revealed.
