Abstract
The constant increase in the degree of competition significantly complicates the solution of the main managerial task of a commercial enterprise, which consists in increasing turnover. The algorithm for solving this problem is formed within the framework of the conceptual foundations of managing business structures, introducing the principles of quality management, and using modern technologies in organizing trade. The monopolistic nature of competition in the local market for the sale of automotive spare parts determines the following areas for improving the efficiency of trade management: optimization of business processes in the direction of cost reduction; activation of sales policy based on electronic distribution channels; monitoring the activities of competitors and timely adjustment of their tactics; diversification into related market segments; strengthening customer feedback; optimization of the payroll system.
