Two cases of solitary plasmacytoma of the skull are presented. Both patients underwent surgery, and the tumors were removed completely. The patients did not receive postoperative radiotherapy. After a follow-up period of 18 months, neither patient had a local recurrence, but one developed disseminated systemic myeloma.
