Abstract
Inclusive education is used to accommodate all children or student without concerning to physically, intellectual, social, emotional, language, including children with special needs, street children, low economical children, and gifted children. By the implementation inclusive education gave a chance to interpret and development student variation. However, student variation will be interpreted that human have value and status: the attractive and perfect creature, the highest status, the caliph on earth, the creature belief on God, and have basic human right, beside that human is important part of living together. This perception, will be development every student optimally. Because of that, required socialization about inclusive education for the whole community, preparation professional teacher, education system, curriculum, assessment system, teaching models, development cooperative between teachers, school, family and community
