Abstract
This study was to explore the effect of nursing and repairing methods of nano-silver dressing (NSD) on the postoperative rehabilitation of gastrointestinal surgery (GIS) patients. For preparation of the nano-silver dressing, ammonia water was added to the solution containing silver
particles to generate ammonium nitrate, and the coating solution was then uniformly coated on the surface of the substrate layer, and pre-baked at 100–180 °C to finally obtain a medical dressing. 80 GIS patients admitted to the hospital were selected and randomly divided into the
control group treated with ordinary dressing (40 cases, group OD) and the observation group treated with NSD (40 cases, group NSD). The treatment effect and postoperative recovery results of the two groups of patients were compared, and the performance of the NSD was tested. The results showed
that it was found that the recovery status of patients in group NSD was better (P < 0.05), and the NSD had good bacteria killing effect and microbial barrier effect. In conclusion, NSD could continue to act on the wound surface, improve the body’s immunity, and promote the
rapid recovery of postoperative incisions, with obvious clinical effect.
