The Use of Dynamic Monitoring Model of Bronchial Asthma in Monitoring and Nursing of Pulmonary Function

Abstract

Objective: The objective of this study is to explore the application characteristics and value of dynamic monitoring model of bronchial asthma in pulmonary volume monitoring, and to verify its effectiveness and superiority. Methods: 128 patients diagnosed with asthma are taken as the study subjects. Spirotel and Spirobank G are used to measure the lung volume of patients. The results are analyzed from four aspects: operation accuracy, strict accuracy, relative accuracy and inaccuracy. Results: Compared with healthy adults, the average scores of anxiety state and anxiety trait of the experimental subjects were higher (P < 0.05). 45.3% have baseline FEV1 (forced expiratory volume in one second) less than 80% of the predicted value. 74.2% of patients are treated with antiasthmatic drugs. In total, 94.2% of FEV1 values measured by the two kinds of measuring instruments are consistent. There is no significant difference in the acceptability of the operation results of the patients at three different time points in the morning, afternoon and evening and different monitoring weeks (P < 0.05). Among them, there are more repetitive results in the afternoon and evening. The results of the second week are more than those of the first week (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The dynamic monitoring model of bronchial asthma has a very good application value in the monitoring of pulmonary function change indicators. It is helpful to make a scientific and reasonable nursing plan in time and promote the recovery of patients.
