Abstract
Porous anodic alumina membranes (AAMs) with the 200 nm pores were successfully prepared electrochemically from Al sheets embedded H3PO4 solution. We found that the fitted voltage for the anodization is 160 V, and the concentration of the electrolyte is 0.1 M. Photoluminescence
(PL) measurements of AAMs showed an ultraviolet emission at 320 nm, which originated from ionized oxygen vacancies (F+ centers).
