Abstract
With the development of martial arts teaching and training level and the increase of practice time, the gene expression of active substance protein often changes in students. Therefore, this paper studies the changes of gene expression of active substance protein in martial arts teaching
and training students. In the experiment, students from junior and senior high school and colleges are selected as the experimental objects, and the same experimental reagents and methods are used to obtain the active substance protein of students. According to the conventional experimental
steps of protein gene expression, the changes of gene expression of students with different ages are observed. The experimental results show that: compared with the students who do not accept martial arts training, the gene expression of students practicing martial arts in junior school has
little change, that of students in senior high school has great change, and that of students in university stage has the greatest change.
