Abstract
Hydrothermal reactions among Zn(NO3)2·6H2O, 4,4′-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)biphenyl (bimb), and H2L yielded a novel luminescent Zn(II) compound, that is, [Zn(L)(bimb)]n (1, H2L = 1,3-bis(4-carboxy-phenoxy)
propane), which featured a four-fold interpenetrating two dimensional (2D)→2D layered structure. Moreover, this compound showed high thermal stability and can be exploited as the luminescent sensor for the measurement of Fe3+ in aqueous solutions via luminescence quenching.
Its treatment and nursing application value of acute radiation skin injury was explored, the relevant mechanism was analyzed as well. First, ELISA was conducted to test the contents of inflammatory cytokines that were released into tissue. Real time RT-PCR was performed to quantify the activation
level of the NF-κB signaling pathway.
