Abstract
In recent years, there are a great deal of progress in the development of two dimensional (2D) nanomaterials such as graphene oxide (GO), graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4), and MXene due to their layered structure, high surface area, and excellent performances.
The one dimensional (1D)/2D nanocomposites exhibited high comprehensive performance resulted from the synergistic effect of the nanocomponents. Herein, we present the current development of 1D/2D nanocomposites based on the synergistic effect between 1D nanomaterials and 2D nanomaterials.
This review reported the synthetic routes, major performances, and applications potential of these 1D/2D nanocomposites. The sections were listed via the types of 2D nanomaterials such as GO, g-C3N4, MXene, and others 2D nanomaterials via some typical examples. We paid
more attention to the synergistic effect of the nanocomponents among the 1D/2D nanocomposites. Furthermore, we suggested the as-existed problems and future development of the 1D/2D nanocomposites. It is expected that the 1D/2D nanocomposites are promising applications of various fields in
the near future.
