Abstract

On the basis of the database of a sociological survey conducted in 2020 in the Tyumen region (N = 1096), the authors consider interrelationships of the components of human, social and psychological capital components, which are measured using the objective characteristics of the respondents and their self-assessments. In order to classify the influence of various individual resources on the parameters of human, social and psychological capital, the authors build hierarchy trees models. Labor motivation is included into the number of factors of the three capital types. The consistency of the classical Minser model with self-assessments of human, social and psychological capital is verified. As the result, it is found that that the growth of self-assessments of human capital will reduce dramatically when people reach a median income. After median income is reached, the further growth depends on the length of service. If the income of people is much higher than the average, they will rate their social connections as more successful, while reward-oriented behavior reduces self-assessment of social capital. Using empirical data it is verified that following intrinsic motivation ensures the psychological well-being, in turn resulting in a corresponding increase in labor incomes.
