Abstract
This research was titled "Analysis of Training and Compensation Influence to Employees Work Productivity at PT. Nobi Putra Angkasa ". This research was aimed to obtain factual and conceptual information about the influence of training and compensation. The technique was used is observation technique or survey by using list of questions (questionnaire) to Employees Work Productivity at PT. Nobi Putra Angkasa. List of questions was made structurally using Likert Scale. Samples were taken as many as 81 respondents. Survey result and the data processing result was performed with SPSS Software Ver. 20.0, was obtained the results of research as follows: 1). Together, Training and Compensation influence was very strong, prediction of positive and significant to Employee Work Productivity at PT. Nobi Putra Angkasa. This is indicated by the acquisition of R-Square of 80.4%, the remaining 19.6% is influenced by other factors. 2). Partially, Training have a strong influence, prediction of positive and significant to Employee Work Productivity. This is indicated by the acquisition of R-Square of 76.7%, and the remaining 23.3% is influenced by other factors. 3). Partially, Compensation relatively have a strong enough influence, prediction of positive and significant to Employees Work Productivity. This is indicated by the acquisition of R-Square of 57.6%, and the remaining 42.4% is influenced by other factors.
