Abstract

The efficient use of natural resources is crucial for the agricultural production process. Thus, the arti-cle substantiates the need to provide a strategic trajectory in management of this process. At the same time, due to the reproductive paradigm of such a management process, it immanently possess-es the dualistic nature. On the one hand, it implies the increase of the regional agricultural complex work efficiency, on the other — ensures the environmental sustainability of the agricultural systems. Therefore, the milestones in the strategy for improving the efficient use of natural resources in the agricultural sector of the Rostov Region were formulated as a tool to ensure the integrated manage-ment of land and water resources used in the agricultural production
