2. Beth Patterson is a Research Nurse in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neurosciences at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. She has also worked for many years as a clinician, treating adults and children with a variety of anxiety, mood and attention deficit disorders. Her research interests include social phobia, childhood anxiety disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder as well as the epidemiology of posttraumatic stress disorder.

Elizabeth Lee received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Biology from McMaster University, Ontario, Canada, in 2011 where she worked in the MacAnxiety Research Clinic with Michael Van Ameringen as a Research Assistant.
