1. Ole Haagen Nielsen is Professor of Medicine (Gastroenterology) and Consultant Gastroenterologist at Herlev Hospital, University of Copenhagen, Denmark. For more than 30 years, he has been working in the field of medical gastroenterology, and his research has focused on clinical and basic science related to inflammatory bowel disease.
2. Jacob Tveiten Bjerrum holds a PhD and is a Post-Doctorate at Herlev Hospital, University of Copenhagen. He focuses on inflammatory bowel disease and the use of metabonomics and transcriptomics for the development of new diagnostic tools, identification of biomarkers, and for gaining a better understanding of the pathophysiology of the disease.
3. Jakob Benedict Seidelin is a Consultant Gastroenterologist and Associate Professor at Herlev Hospital and Bispebjerg Hospital, University of Copenhagen. He holds a PhD and has been doing research mainly in basic science in the inflammatory bowel disease research field.
