2. Anna Skowrońska-Gardas completed her MD in 1969, progressing to the role of Associate Professor in 1997 and Professor in 2007. Until her retirement in 2013, she was Head of the Radiotherapy Department at Maria Sklodowska-Curie Memorial Center of Oncology. She has 47 publications in journals such as Radiotherapy and Oncology, Medical Pediatric Oncology, and Pediatric Blood and Cancer. Her main reasearch interest is pediatric oncology.
