Էնդոսկոպիկ ոչ ինվազիվ միրինգոպլաստիկայի արդյունավետությունը թմբկաթաղանթի առաջային թափածակումների դեպքում

Abstract

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of endoscopic non-invasive perichondrial graft myringoplasty (ENIM) for anterior tympanic membrane perforations (ATMPs). The form of the study is prospective. 25 patients are included in this research with anterior perforation of tympanic membrane, 21men and 4women with mean age of 30.7. In 16 of them, there was chronic inactive otitis media with perforation, in 9 patients perforation occurred after the blast trauma during last Artsakh war. In 11 patients, perforation was small and in 14-medium size. All patients have been undergone endoscopic non-invasive perichondrial graft myringoplasty during a period of December 2020 to August 2021 at the ENT department of Astghik MC.
