This paper will take the Yellow River Basin as a case study, focusing on exploring how the digital economy can empower urban modernization development. How the empowerment of the digital economy affects all aspects of cities directly and indirectly. As one of the key driving forces for global economic development today, the digital economy has promoted industrial upgrading and innovation, injecting new vitality into the urban economy.
