Abstract
Based on the perspective of health economics, this paper describes the meaning of China's current health care coverage and examines the issues related to this level and other economic factors, so as to find a theoretical basis for achieving the goal of "low level, large scope" in China, then makes some suggestions on how to determine the appropriate level of health care coverage in China.
