Abstract
With the rapid development of the logistics industry, customers are paying more and more attention to the service quality and efficiency of terminal distribution. Under this demand, crowdsourcing is introduced into logistics as a new model. And it has been proven that this model can mobilize society's idle resources to meet supply and demand. Therefore, more and more scholars began to study the feasibility of this model and find how to further optimize this model so that it can be better put into use. Although there are many researches related to crowdsourcing logistics up to now, there are still few articles for summarization. Thus, this paper is written to provide a literature review of this field. To make the content of the literature review more representative, this paper uses the co-word clustering method to derive hot words from literature and do a literature review on crowdsourcing logistics’ definition, pricing, value creation, as well as existing problems and solutions.
