Abstract
In the context of globalizaton, due to the intensive development of mobility of scientfc communites and to ensure openness of innovaton, it is essental to ratonalize partners' choice by evaluatng the actvites of potental partners, establishing the directon of the possible contributon of potental partners to the project. The later can be used to
solve the problem of mult-criteria selecton of partners for scientfc cooperaton. The paper describes the problem of choosing partners for the organizaton of research projects.
