Abstract Date Presented 04/21/2023 Understanding quality performance differences between nonprofit and for-profit inpatient rehabilitation facilities (IRFs) is crucial for patients, key stakeholders, and policymakers to make informed decisions about care and identify areas for targeted improvement. In this study, we aimed to determine whether nonprofit and for-profit IRFS' performances differed on the basis of IRF Quality Reporting Program (IRF-QRP) measures.
