CHANGES IN BIOCHEMICAL INDICATORS IN SCIENTIFIC LOAD TRAINING IN TENNIS PLAYERS

Abstract

ABSTRACT Introduction The level of physical training of tennis players directly affects the performance of competitive and athletic ability of tennis players. The uniqueness of tennis is that it places high demands on athletes’ skills, tactics, and fitness. This requires constant monitoring of their biomarkers for real-time control of athletes’ health. Objective Study the impact of scientific methods of load training on tennis players and their changes in biomarkers. Methods This paper tests tennis players’ immune, physiological, and biochemical indices after load training. Results After training, tennis players’ immune, physiological, and biochemical indices show evident differences. Conclusion Scientific load training helps improve tennis players’ physiological and biochemical indices and immune function.
