Abstract
Plants are sessile organisms that depend on the root system that anchors them to the soil and it permited to taken water and nutrients. Root system development depends on natural auxin, indole-3-acetic acid. The auxin are transported in plants by the polar auxin transport (PAT) and the symplastic transport (ST) through of the plasmodesmata (PD).
