Abstract
AbstractResults of the study of photoconductivity (PC) kinetics, thermally stimulated currents (TSC) and electrothermal instabilities in PbTe(Ga), Pb1−xMnxTe(In) (0<X<0. 11) single crystals and Pb1-x-ySnxGeyTe(In) (0.06<X<0.2; 0.06<Y<0.12) films are presented. The impurity states in these compounds exhibit a DX-like behavior. Reconstruction of the energy spectrum of solid solutions induced by the composition (X,Y) variation allows us to conclude that the metastable electronic states take par in PC kinetics and accelerate the relaxation process when the metastable levels appear inside the energy gap.
