Abstract

AbstractSi nanocrystallites have been prepared by ultrasonicating thin sections of porous silicon. The materials produced from 20 and 49 wt % HF are characterized and compared. Samples were characterized by optical absorption and photoluminescence spectroscopy, and HRTEM.
