Abstract
AbstractThe study of the electronic structure of quasicrystals is still a matter of investigations to date. The paper will report several significant experimental results obtained through spectroscopic techniques which involve the bulk material as well as the surface. Comparison is made with data from related crystalline alloys, densities of states calculations and structural models available for icosahedral quasicrystals.
