Abstract
Henoch Schonlein Purpura (HSP) is a systemic small vessel vasculitis which most commonly affects children. HSP is characterized by non-thrombocytopenic palpable purpura, arthritis or arthalgia, gastrointestinal and renal involvement. Scalp edema is uncommon in children over 3 years.
