Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of theoretical and methodological approaches to the diversification of agricultural business in the context of the development of agricultural and non-agricultural activities. The assessment of agricultural production in comparable prices in different categories of farms is given. For the purpose of revealing the directions of specialization and diversification of agrarian production the analysis of efficiency indices of plant growing and animal breeding was carried out. It substantiates the indicators of agro-tourist activity functioning and determines its priority impact on the development of rural areas.
