SPECIFICS OF HUMAN CAPITAL AND HUMAN POTENTIAL FORMATION AND ACCUMULATION IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITAL ECONOMY DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the content and characteristics of socio-economic factors that determine the evolution of forms of human capital and labor motivation in the conditions of the development of the digital economy in the Republic of Belarus. The influence of socio-economic factors on a broader object was investigated, and their change in the direction of their expansion and refinement was determined. Since the object of research is becoming more complex, and it is more difficult to study both labor motivation and human capital instead of labor motivation, it means that the number of factors influencing this process will be greater. At the same time, the factors already identified in the economic literature that determine this process were supplemented in the course of the study, taking into account the author's approach. Previously known factors are structured in a new way and systematically described.
