Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of solving the problem of youth unemployment using entrepreneurship. The article reflects: changes in the social structure of Russian society, the problem of unemployment in general and among young people; disclosed youth unemployment as a chronic disease of the economy, its dynamics, factors aggravating it; problems of youth employment, as well as the pros and cons of youth as an active part of the population; considered entrepreneurship and its types as a means of solving the problem of youth unemployment; shows the attractiveness of entrepreneurship and its spheres for young people; the opportunities and ways of enhancing the entrepreneurial activity of young people are identified.
