Abstract
The article reveals the role and significance of the institution of parliamentary
immunity. The authors critically examine the question whether the
institution of parliamentary immunity loses its role together with the
"democratisation" of the country.
The article reveals the origin of the institution of parliamentary immunity
and attempts to present the connection between parliamentary immunity and
the implementation of the political will of the people.
