Abstract
Author’s encounters and friendship with Bogdan Mielnik (1936-2019) are narrated, evoking the atmosphere of Warsaw University in the years 1964-1967. Mielnik’s colorful and rich personality along with his outstanding contribution and influence on mathematical physics in Poland and Mexico are also discussed.
