1. Louise Cainkar is Associate Professor of Sociology and Social Welfare and Justice at Marquette University, where she also directs Peace Studies and Arab and Muslim American Studies. She has published widely on Arab Americans and Muslim Americans, and is Past President of the Arab American Studies Association.
