1. Rosan Chow holds a BA in Art and Design and a MDes from the University of Alberta, Canada. She has also obtained her PhD in ‘Designwissenschaft’ from the University of Arts Braunschweig, Germany. Since 2007, she has been a senior research scientist at the Deutsche Telekom Laboratories in Berlin. Her research interests include design methodology, theory, and discourse.
2. Wolfgang Jonas studied naval architecture and earned his PhD on the computer-aided optimization of streamlined shapes. He worked as a consulting engineer for companies in the automobile industry and the German standardization institute.
