Abstract
Supervisors ( n = 67) in a large government supply depot were studied on a large number of variables. Statistically significant differences between older and younger supervisors were found on 13 variables drawn from 6 standard psychological tests. No differences were found in ratings from superiors, morale factors, or variables concerned with work group performance.
